New Program improves customer relations

becoming a full-service technology support provider, a new system has
been put in place to help streamline and track the technical requests
of our customers.
K&L Technology Introduces New Help Desk System
This system will allow all clients to submit time-stamped
service requests, and also allow them to choose the severity level of their issues.
This system has been designed to assist us in keeping better track of requested service
calls, to ensure that technical issues are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Customers will be able to track their service requests from the time they are submitted,
until the time that they have been resolved and closed. Our customers are of top priority to us,
